All mechanical torque wrenches are calibrated within the range of 20%~100%, so they cannot be used beyond or below this range.
In order to determine that the most suitable torque wrench is used, many factors must be considered. We suggest that the upper limit of the range should be 2 times the torque value required for actual work, which is the appropriate torque wrench. This will extend the service life of the tool, make it easier to operate, and increase the accuracy of the early warning torque wrench.
Always hold the middle of the handle during use.
When the final torque value is reached, apply force slowly and evenly.
When the target torque is reached, stop applying force immediately.
Clean regularly and keep properly.
When storing, the torque value shall be adjusted to the minimum.
Recalibrate the torque wrench when it is accidentally dropped. Do not use with excessive torque.
Before use, it is required to "warm up" 3 times at the full range.
The same torque unit shall be used for torque wrench calibration.
Using unsuitable extension rods or similar objects on torque wrenches may cause inaccurate readings, or even damage the wrench itself.
Regular maintenance of tools can extend the life of tools. After each use of the tool, adjust the torque to the lowest value. Do not oil the internal mechanical structure of the torque wrench. Wipe the tool gently and do not immerse the tool in water. Send the torque wrench to the professional calibration laboratory for re verification once a year (or 5000 times).
