Cutting Head Assembly
Curved crescent-shaped cutting head: Large opening design to accommodate thick cables with large outer diameters and prevent slipping during feeding. The curved edge wraps the cable for uniform cutting force and avoids deviation.
Reinforced fixing bolts: The joint of cutting head adopts thickened high-strength hexagon socket screws, double bolts lock the cutting head tightly, preventing displacement under heavy load cutting without frequent tightening.
Metal limit baffle: Built-in limit structure inside the cutting head to avoid edge collision and damage caused by over-closing.
Core Labor-saving Gear Transmission Mechanism
Multi-stage labor-saving gear set: Multi-tooth meshing transmission amplifies leverage force, the core structure of this product. Compared with traditional straight-handle cable cutters of the same size, the required cutting torque is reduced by 80 N·m.
Self-locking position design: The gear automatically locks after releasing the handle mid-cut without springing open. Users can cut thick cables step by step with one hand for easier and safer operation.
Thickened wear-resistant gear disc: Widened meshing contact surface disperses force, effectively resisting tooth wear under long-term frequent use, doubling service life compared with simple gear models.
900mm Extended Double Arms
Thickened seamless steel pipe arm: Thick pipe wall delivers strong bending resistance, resisting deformation from stepping or heavy pulling. The 900mm extended length allows easy operation in narrow cable trenches, overhead bridge frames and buried cable sites without getting close to cables.
Dual-color anti-slip protection structure: Main arm coated with blue anti-rust plastic, tail wrapped with thick red anti-slip rubber grip. Concave-convex anti-slip texture on rubber surface ensures stable holding even with oil or mud on hands. A hanging hole at the grip tail allows convenient storage on tool racks when idle.
