Products Description

Material & Technical Specifications
Hammer Head Material: High-quality 45# carbon steel
Heat Treatment Standard: Integral quenching heat treatment; hammer head hardness ≥48.52 HRC, impact-resistant, not easy to deform or chip.
Surface Treatment: Fully polished then coated with black sand finish, rust-proof and wear-resistant. Matte black surface resists oil stains.
Reinforcement Structure: An annular iron wedge is installed at the joint of hammer head and wooden handle, filled with transparent epoxy resin glue for double locking. No loosening or head falling off after long-term heavy striking.
Handle Material: Solid wood handle with clear grain, good friction for grip, shock absorption to reduce hand soreness during long working hours.
Structural & Functional Introduction
Flat Striking Face: Flat and wear-resistant, for general striking, disassembly, part calibration and fastener tightening.
Spherical Ball End: Curved surface specially designed for rivet heading, metal sheet shaping and curved workpiece tapping, avoiding scratches on workpiece surfaces.
Solid Wood Grip Handle: Integrated natural solid wood, well-balanced weight, excellent shock absorption and anti-slip grip.
Double Lock Reinforcement: Iron wedge + epoxy glue dual sealing fixation to eliminate safety hazards of falling hammer heads.

Operating Instructions
Grip: Hold the rear-middle section of the handle for balanced force application. Do not grip only the front end of the handle when striking.
Striking Tips: Keep the full flat face of the hammer attached to the workpiece surface to avoid unilateral oblique striking and reduce local wear of the hammer head. The ball end is only for riveting and shaping; do not violently strike hard sharp workpieces.
Pre-operation Inspection: Check before each use for loose hammer head, cracked wooden handle or peeling/rusted coating. Stop use immediately if abnormalities are found.
Prohibited Applications:
Do not strike high-hardness quenched steel, grinding wheels, glass or brittle ceramics to prevent broken hammer fragments from flying and causing injury.
Do not use the hammer as a pry bar or chisel to avoid handle breakage or hammer head detachment.
Do not strike hammers against each other or toss the tool between workers at height.
