1. Hold the torque wrench correctly to ensure the accuracy of use. When operating the torque wrench, grip the handle and apply force steadily. The operation mode of pulling the wrench is easier to control the torque than that of pushing the wrench. Please do not hold the wrench for operation during use.
2. Lubricant is added to each torque wrench before delivery. If it is not used for a long time, set the torque value to the maximum before use, and turn it for several times to fully lubricate all parts in the wrench body.
3. When the locking ring is in the "LOCK" position, please do not turn the handle.
4. The preset torque value shall not exceed the range specified by the product.
5. To ensure the accuracy of torque value, please clean the thread of fastener before use.
6. If it is not used for a long time, please set the preset torque value to "0"
Warning: Do not exceed the torque.
Adjust torque setting
1. Pull down the locking ring and hold it.
2. Turn the handle to reach the torque value you need to preset. Example: To set 55N. m, first turn the handle and align the upper edge of the handle with 50N M, and align the "0" position with the centerline. Continue to turn the handle so that the scale "5" on the handle is aligned with the centerline
3. Release the locking ring and turn the handle slightly to make the locking ring enter the locking position forward. So far, the preset torque is successful. To reset other torque values, repeat the above steps.
