After using the pneumatic torque wrench for a certain time or frequency, the indication will exceed the tolerance, which requires the wrench to be calibrated and debugged regularly. From the previous analysis, we can predict that there are two main phenomena of wrench indication out of tolerance:
1. The change of △ x causes the overall deviation of the indicated value. That is, the indicated value output of the wrench is the same value higher or lower than the nominal value at each point. Here is the test result of the repaired wrench.
Debugging method: For the overall deviation of the indicated value, we can rotate the adjusting wheel and realign the ruler.
2. The output slope of the wrench is inconsistent with the requirements. Take NB-100G wrench as an example. When the low output point of the wrench is appropriate at 30Nm (the low point can be reached by screwing in or out the adjusting wheel), there are two possibilities for the actual output of the wrench, namely, the actual output line 1 and the actual output line 2. That is, at 100Nm, it is either lower than 100, such as the actual output line 1, or higher than 100, such as the actual output line 2.
Debugging method: adjust the height of the adjusting screw on the lever assembly to adjust a30 so that a3 can reach the required value. (The commissioning must be carried out on the torque wrench testing instrument through a slotted screwdriver or hexagonal screwdriver.) Troubleshooting.
It is simply summarized as "one look, two turns and three steps". "First look" is to see whether the wrench parts are complete from the appearance, and supplement the missing parts if they are incomplete; "Second turn" means to turn the ratchet wheel and adjusting wheel by hand to see if they are flexible and stuck. If they are not flexible, there must be a problem; "Three on stage" is to put the torque wrench on the calibrator for testing to see whether the indicated value is within the accuracy level range, so as to carry out maintenance.
